• Clarify goals and reach coordination decisions maintaining the target objectives, and interests of our clients.
• Monitoring, managing and administering the activities of the project construction and the contracting works to achieve a timely and economical project completion, whilst providing a quality product.
• Set, develop and monitor project organization’s strategy. set, develop and monitor micro pro analysis database through our Enterprise resource Planning System (ERP) for cost control analysis, monitoring and reporting systems.
• Plan business development strategies for the projects including pricing trends and policies.
• Monitoring progress against the plan.
• Study, manage and report project budgets.
• Actively pursue with the engineering, procurement and construction scope.
• Establishing the master programme, sub contract schedules, short term planning.
• Prepare and approve critical path programmes regarding all sub contracting works.
• Ensure all planning activities meet the critical requirements regarding budget, resource loading and cash flows.
• Procurement planning and co-ordination.
• Monitor all progresses and productions on projects sites.
• Recognize and highlight any technical problems which may become apparent during the construction process, and provide direction and support to project team.
• Support only quality assurance and constantly monitor and report on progress of the project – when needed.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Monitor and evaluate production and construction plans, expeditions and progresses; analysis and approvals, progress updates, performance records, claims and contracts.
• Set, develop and control projects control systems, including KPi’s measures, recovery actions, forecasts and risk analysis.
